Advanced Cakes, Pastry and Baking 106 is over. Due to some poor time management on part of the entire class, we only had 4 days to complete our two final projects. We had three days for our Dome Cake project (Strawberry Fields Cake). I am proud of our Art's and Crafts inspired cake - Poppies and Ferns
